Meditation and difficult emotions

The new Imagine Clarity topics collect the unique wisdom of its authors and provide a way to deepen specific themes with the help of different kinds of meditations. The now-published collection on emotions, available from the menu under All Topics, aims to offer support in the form of meditation guidance and reflections to accept and make use of moments of strong emotions, including difficult ones such as sadness or anger. The ability to feel difficult emotions with clarity is something precious.

We can not be more connected to others and life than we are to ourselves and our emotional landscape. For your inspiration, the selection also includes a reflection on Mozart's music, A Miracle of Expression. "His music evokes spontaneity, secrets and genius... and has those 'états d’âme', these little emotions that are hidden, which come up all the time."
