Finding Your Path

Besides feedback regarding how Imagine Clarity can impact and transform people's lives, we regularly receive questions such as “Is there an optimal path?” orShould I follow each course in order?” Some may also wonder about how to dedicate their time to the practice.

Imagine Clarity proposes various means of observing and exploring the mind. Even if it is in a constant state of flux, with a diligent and continuous practice, mental afflictions can gradually subside and the mind can get more clear and balanced. Inner qualities such as inner peace, inner strength, and compassion then have more opportunity to spring forth. We thus gain more confidence that we are going in the right direction.

Learning what it’s all about

A good starting point for learning step by step what meditation is all about is the series of explorations on Wisdom, Compassion and Happiness .

What’s next? Regular practice and inspirations

If ‌you‌ ‌are‌ ‌new‌ ‌to‌ ‌meditation ‌or‌ ‌‌seeking‌ ‌to‌ ‌revive,‌ ‌clarify‌ and find space, stability and kindness for yourself and those around you,‌ you can start with Meditate Day by Day, a month-long ‌series of ten-minute‌ ‌daily‌ ‌meditations‌.

Those more experienced with meditation or ready to plunge straight into an investigation of the mind can choose Great Insights Through Mindfulness, starting with Mindfulness of Breathing which offers a helpful foundation for approaching subsequent courses.

Introducing your Child to Meditation is a series of simple and joyful exercises to enable you and your child to discover meditation together. For children aged 4 to 8.

Several Imagine Clarity courses in particular emphasise the aspect of compassion, mindfulness and resilience. Learn more here.

Imagine Clarity courses can be explored over weeks and months as needed to gradually encourage in-depth contemplation and integration into daily life. Building upon increasingly subtler skills, you might surprise how coming back to some of your earlier courses might open deeper insights.

Establishing your practice

Regularly coming back to rest in your inner home and becoming at ease with the meditation practice will be of utmost importance. Sometimes you may contemplate only a few minutes here and there in the midst of a busy day, and that is OK. The quality of the practice is more important than quantity. In those circumstances you may also may find these Contemplative Inspirations helpful. Take a few minutes to let yourself be inspired!
