New reflections in your toolbox

A carpenter, for instance, knows how to use many tools, which wait in the toolbox until a particular one is needed for a particular purpose. The idea of this series is to provide resources that will be easily available when the need arises. We are happy to share the following new short reflections in our meditative toolbox series: Small Acts of Kindness, Stability In a Crowd, Negative Judgements, Inner Stability in a Turbulent World, and When Negativity Surrounds Us.

They are intentionally very short, just a simple thought and a little moment to reflect or meditate on. If a specific thought resonates with you, you might like to stay with this theme for longer and return to it regularly during the day like for example small acts of kindness.
Researchers have found that small acts of kindness can relieve loneliness. Not only small acts of kindness done to the lonely person but also by the lonely person. Not only is it a very simple way to help someone else, but having a kind, unselfish attitude gives us a sense of freedom at the same time. Let’s just take a moment to think of practical ways to be kind.

"Thank you for this "Toolbox", very useful in our daily life. Since a few months, my wife joined me in the meditation sessions. We do a session together every morning. I must admit that our relationship has completely changed thanks to you. I started more than 4 years ago, I am now 79 years old and my wife is 81. One can start at any age. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the benefits you bring to us every day."  —Jean-Marie and Denise, France

I am very happy with the app, for which I do not have enough words to thank you ... Day after day, this training reveals a part of me that I had no knowledge of. This training is the best thing that could happen in my life."
—Elena, Mexico
