Researchers have found that small acts of kindness can relieve loneliness. Not only small acts of kindness done to the lonely person but also by the lonely person... Not only is it a very simple way to help someone else, but having a kind, unselfish attitude gives us a sense of freedom at the same time. Let’s just take a moment to think of practical ways to be kind. Thank you for this "Toolbox", very useful in our daily life. Since a few months, my wife joined me in the meditation sessions.
