We have been getting numerous questions related to the topic of compassion lately. This may be a reflection of the times, with many people overwhelmed with stress, fear and insecurity, and with few positive news or hopeful prospects on the horizon. When we are surrounded by and mentally maintain an increasing stream of negativity and pessimism, it becomes of paramount importance to realise that compassion is a skill that can be learned.
